NAMCO BANDAI Games Inc. is the core company of the Content Strategic Business Unit within the NAMCO BANDAI Group, responsible for all functions relating to content from creation through to sales.

Business Operation

The business environment is changing dramatically and avenues for use of content continue to diversify. We aim therefore to respond to this environment quickly and flexibly. To maximize content value we are strengthening our content creation and development functions, and providing products and services that cater to market changes, customers’ needs, and the characteristics of the contents we provide.

NAMCO BANDAI Games’ organizational structure is designed to provide hit products. We operate with two virtual functional systems: the Production Group and the Publishing Functions.

The Production Group works not only at content creation, but to promote the entire strategy for the created content, including strategies for use, and coordination with other businesses in the Group and other partners such as the media and external production companies.

Our Publishing Functions work to ensure fast and flexible supply of contents to multiple channels in Japan and around the world.
